This handcrafted drop point hunter is built for serious performance. The blade is forged from CPM154, a high-end stainless steel prized for its excellent edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. Heat treated to 61 HRC, it takes and holds an exceptionally sharp edge.

The blade was hand polished to 5000 grit and then carefully buffed to a striking mirror finish, highlighting the clean grind lines and precision craftsmanship throughout.

The handle is crafted from richly figured desert ironwood, accented with brass, G10, and composite ivory spacers, and secured with mosaic pins. The result is a handle that feels substantial and balanced in hand, while showcasing natural warmth and fine detail.

A custom-fitted Kydex sheath is included. The attached belt loop rotates for vertical or horizontal carry, offering secure and versatile carry options in the field or on the trail.

As with all of Dave’s knives, this piece is made entirely by hand, one at a time. It’s a truly one-of-a-kind tool designed to be used, carried, and appreciated for years to come.
